Our work for the eSentire team has included brand story development, proposition and messaging creation for key services plus activation ideas spanning advertising, digital channels and events.
The initial brand work involved stakeholder and customer interviews, market and competitor analysis plus positioning territory workshops that defined the brand’s purpose, customer promise and key differentiators.
“Put your business ahead of disruption” became the lead external message, simplifying a complex platform and service story into a customer first narrative. From there we built out messaging across platform, services and audience segments to create a Message Map tool that guides all external communications and sales enablement.
From an activation perspective, it was in codifying ‘how' the eSentire team delivered its promise to customers that the brand really came to life.
“An attack on you is an attack on us” captured the attitude and behavior of eSentire’s elite team of threat hunters and cyber analysts which was amped-up in appropriate channels such as industry events (as the t-shirts below show!)
Subsequent work for the eSentire team has included the development of campaign focused messaging to position the brand into the growing customer need for resilience along with activation ideas to reach its target prospects in new ways.
